This was my body of work I constructed as my senior thesis. It is about living in the now, and finding peace in the present moment. This project was an exploration of our youth's impermanence and the bittersweetness of moving forward in life, and using my camera as a tool to try to preserve it. These Moments for me were more than just an instance with my camera and myself, we were living through the experience together as one and took the photographs that were not expected, and I think that is truly beautiful.

day
these photographs were displayed on the wall at my senior thesis show, all intentionally placed in a salon style hang. They all display and evoke an emotion of peace, even in the moments where it felt like it lacked. These photographs in the moment were unintentional, but beautiful.

night
these photographs were displayed as a projection at my senior show, accompanied by music that connected these images together as more than separate moments. All extremely powerful on there own, but when put together they engage as something bigger than themselves. The photographs shown. were also taken on various types of mediums, such as 35mm film, digital, and a combination of old and new cameras for that range of variety in tone and texture.
